I want to try to keep this review short and sweet but the amount of great things I have to say about Sean and his work is endless! My husband and I are not originally from the USA and because of that the thought of going through the process of buying a house was SCARY! Everyone is always out for how much money they can make from you and for that reason we were sceptical about who to trust and who really had our best interests in mind. I thank God we found Sean! He went all out above and beyond to answer questions that popped up at all hours of the day and night and trust me we had a million questions. Sometimes I felt bad asking so many but he always made us feel comfortable to ask even the "stupidest" question. Not only did he help us to choose our home, he also provided vendors we could trust and still trust. The process was smooth, he negotiated well, he was very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate world, he guided us through the process while holding our hands and although he's the realtor, he made sure to shed advice on our loan choices and still answered questions in that regard, and we never ever felt rushed in making a decision. I would recommend Sean x1000000. He is trust worthy and you will not regret it.

Sean is absolutely the best. He helped us through the entire process from start to finish with selling and buying our forever home. He made sure our family was taken care of and was very responsive to our texts/ calls. We consider him part of the family now!

What I appreciate the most about Sean Smith as a realtor is that he’s honest, real, and is himself. He’s not looking to capitalize from his clients. My wife and I met Sean after a friend in the mortgage business recommended him. We explained our want list and our wish list, and just like that we were off to the races.
